Not very funny, with a few very obvious play on words but a striking and scary at times portrayal of our current world. The idea is to show how/if Hitler would be accepted in today's world and if he could once again motivate people to vote for him and his plans.
The ending really shows the state of our world and even if you decide to not watch the whole movie I highly suggest you watch the last scene to really get a quick look at what the film wants to bring over (begins around 1:42:30).
