I watched it and it's hard to rate this movie. The visual effects are great, but i am a scifi nerd. So what do you expect :)
The story was kind of intersserting, but sometimes there were peaks of dumbness and stupid dialogues. I didn't asked me myself about plotholes, but now after the ending, there were some of them.
But you know what? I was in the movie and i liked it.
