I really enjoyed this movie especially the performances of Forrest Whittaker and Andy Garcia. The topic of the movie, the privatization of water, is also thought provoking and should be considered before a country decides to go down this path as water is the essence of life and should not be owned by anyone entity. There are other areas covered in this movie which gives it my rare endorsement to be re-watched.
