I am very surprised to hear about the cancellation of Ironside. This show is extremely good. It was not as formulaic as the Mentalist or Castle, it did not focus too much on one character to the exclusion of the supporting cast like Blacklist, its premise is engaging, its acting superb, the pacing spectacular, the writers did not fill space with brain dead action. It is depressing to know that a great show like Ironside was removed to make way for just more fluff. It's like passing on a pasta dinner for a fast food hamburger.
