With the umpteenth remake of this traditional tale, there is really nothing special here. The only exception is the thinly disguised tale paired with an overly large VFX budget (but garish in its ostentatiousness and deeply sloppy in its execution), which paralleled with Michael Bay's MO (except even Bay would have better sense then to allow such bad and sloppy VFX to go on the screen).
