@haibara the one and only thing I'll say in the writers' defence is that most (if not all) names come from the Archie Comics.
@allygator I learned this by now, yeah. Though I think these names work much better in a comic than in a tv show that often tries to be dark and mysterious :D It just completely throws me off everytime I hear them.

But I'm not sure if I'm feeling this gargoyle thing. Would be cool for Stranger Things or some dark show, but Riverdale? It just feels cheap and weirdly unrealistic/forced to be honest. I preferred the previous mysteries much more.
That Jailhouse Rock scene gave me so much secondhand embarrassment, oh God. They all have great voices and I love the cheerleader dances, but this combination of the song and the guys jumping at the fence made me cringe so much.
