Our civilization has advanced scientifically and technologically, to the point where intergalactical travel is not only possible, but ordinary. Yet somehow, we have no forking clue of how to quarantine somebody with an unknown deadly disease*. Not even when the rest of the crew starts showing the same symptoms!
* Disease, intoxication... whatever. They didn't even bother to provide an explanation for the mistery. Just found a cure online. Not even The original series, with its awful 60s scripts was so lame...

What, a teenager sequestered the engineering section of the ship? No problem, nothing to worry about...

And is there only one doctor aboard? No nurses, no other medical staff? So, before they picked her on the previous episode, there was no doctor at all?

The whole episode is based on so many ridiculous premises... it's quite stupid. Not worse than the acting, though...

Is this the best Star Trek has to offer? Seriously? :pensive:
