Just finished the last episode and I am disappointed to a certain extend. The series started very promisingly, but the pace slowed down and was not satisfied with the end of the story. What I like about the show is that we were having two timelines happening at the same time. The actors played their roles very well, but I couldn't connect with the characters. The whole production of the series was really well done. It's a good show if you are interested in this genre and if you like adaptations of Harlan Coben's work.

There are some parts of the plot that I didn't like or they were very predictable. Almost immediately after they found the body in the water, I was sure that this was Pawel's mother and that it was his father that killed her. He was an alcoholic who was abusing his wife and didn't want to lose his other child. Fit the killer's profile perfectly.
I was surprised by the killers of the two teenagers, but it's didn't make sense for me why the two mothers decided to hide their children and completely ruin the lives of several people, rather than showing the truth.

@agent_007 I agree fully. Additionally, why did Artur actually come out of hiding after doing it successfully for 25 years? He wanted to connect with Pawel but decided to go to the guy whose life was actually ruined? Why? Or even if that was staged to frame Pawel... Why come out in the first place? Both his parents were alive and the mother knew all the time that he was alive... Also the first killing of that girl - makes no sense... Same as a guy in an asylum having a gun on him... I don't know, it makes very limite sense to me
