This series does such a great job introducing you to a great cast of wacky-fairy-tale-wannabes characters. Chacha and her friends are just a bunch of buffoons that are hilarious to watch interact as they travel together to fight the forces of “evil”. Always moving forward and full throttled.
There not such thing as common sense in this series and Chaha will make sure it stays that way. Which is good, since that’s the primary selling point of this series.
One of the main problems this series has is Chacha's magical transformations as they take a lot of time (add + minutes for each power up). There is also the amount of episodes at hand. 74 episodes could be considered too much for some, especially if wackiness is not your thing.
Even said, this still is a great old school comedy series for fans of the wacky and nonsensical (+ mahou shoujo series).
