It is a good documentary with some biographic facts, mostly known to everyone who took a further look into Lovecrafts life, and some nice comments by current writers. It features with actual Lovecraft quotations and some older images out of "Weird Tales" and other sources.
If you want a full biography I can recommend "Lovecraft: a Biography" by L. Sprague de Camp.
