Pretty good, definitely for kids. Animation keeps with the original marionette version, complete with unrealistic mouth movement -- should dub well to other languages.
Would be more engaging if they updated the rescue crew as truly international, with a multiracial rescue team. Other races are stereotyped: an IT guy with a stutter, and a limo driver. Important rescue duties are limited to caucasians. If other races appear, they're being rescued by white characters -- or they're the villains.
