This is a Speilberg movie, you honestlly expect them to turn it into a Tarantino and still keep the same target audience, you fool, I will agree that it was rather dull at times (Most scenes with the young boy and his brother), but this film was a great homage to the 1993 instant classic, maybe a few too many cliches that were a little too obvious, and that stupid silhouette scene were the only things I disliked about this movie, but all in all a fun movie for children and their parents to enjoy.

Maybe I expected too much from this, but I found it rather dull. It was too family friendly in my opinion. They needed to make it more horror like with blood & gore scenes. The CGI on the dinosaurs looked really impressive, but other than that this movie needed more dark and heart stopping moments.
