@tehmarvelman Rewatched this series 4 years later where I was at a different point in my career. I stand by what I said in 2015, but this time I realized just how well Shirobako tells the stories of people at many different points in their career too--not just for the post-college folks! Really recommend you watch.

I challenge someone to find me a better anime that shows the amount of intelligent and hard-working people required for anime in such a realistic and entertaining way. Shirobako is immersive to its core, and really tells a great story about the post-college struggle to achieve our aspirations that many of us face today.
