Flat out, this is one of the worst films in the 007 franchise. It repeats the previous movie's plot almost exactly. There are a bunch of really dumb joke shots (I'm looking at you pigeon). Jaws comes back, and has a dumb final act story line. The Bond girl is just kind of meh. The villain is boring. I just could keep going for a long time on this. But again, to be honest, I could watch this anytime because hell, it's a Bond film.
