David Whiteman (Richard Dreyfus) and his family take in a homeless man named Jerry (Nick Nolte). Kind of like with the other Dreyfus movie What About Bob which was released years later. Dreyfus feels threatened and annoyed by this man that entered his and families lives. Jerry might be worse than Bob though since he sleeps with pretty much all the women in David's life. Even the maid (Elizabeth Pena) which is David's mistress when his wife Barbara (Bette Middler) won't give him any. While I like What About Bob; I like this Richard Dreyfus movie more. Due to the great cast, performances and 80's soundtrack.
