Has very little to do with the Frankenstein story, this is a film with a good visual style but is all over the place as a story.
As an aside, whilst watching the film I learned that Odd Thomas actor Anton Yelchin had died. Incredibly sad news. If only we had a real life Doctor Frankenstein to bring him back, body and soul together.
