Oliver is the most hated character by me in the DC universe. He is manipulative and unlike The Flash's and others, where the sidekicks are feeling like family, his sidekicks are like his minions. Plot becomes boring and repeating: Oliver makes stupid decisions and lies and is pushing people away blaming everything and everyone, then comes the "I'm sorry." "You were right." This is all my fault." part. Felicity deserves better man, like Ray or Barry.
