This show tries way too hard to be atmospheric and mysterious - in the end it's just a mess of clichés, mediocre acting and unanswered plot lines and elements. There are dialogs between characters that would never make any sense between two mentally competent adults, the pacing is really slow and there are many unnecessary scenes that go nowhere. The ending of S1 (no info about season 2 at the time of writing this) is a huge let-down, it rushes to lazily resolve maybe 20% of the mysteries the writers came up during the previous 7 episodes.
If you like mediocre atmospheric mystery series filmed in beautiful places, even then there are much better choices: Fortitude, Trapped for example.
