7.1/10. Another action-heavy episode. This one was fun enough, but pretty segmented. Act 1 is escape from the control room. Act 2 is escape from the facility writ large. Act 3 is defend the locals from the separatist attack. It was all entertaining enough, but got a bit monotonous at times. There were stakes in each segment, but the way Anakin & Co. would solve each problem felt a little cliche. Finding a way through the air ducts, escaping on some local beast of burden, and having a RotJ-esque set piece where the primitive population helps the good guys take out a technologically superior force is all kind of played out. Still, the bond between Rex and Echo is nice; there's comic relief from Wrecker tossing people various places, and there's enough interesting stuff amid the action to pique my interest through the tumult.
