A competently made but generic, run off the mill, boring 'family moves into a haunted house' fare that never really delivers any thrill. It's filled with predictable scares, forgettable characters, and unbelievably poor dialogue and decision making. I appreciate the mystery of the film but less so the execution. Love whenever John Gallagher Jr. is onscreen, though.
A mumbling and unfocused haunted house flick that starts strong and disappoints hard. The unconvincing ending and whimpering climax makes me think that no one involved actually cares about the core theme.
A film that deals with postnatal depression and hallucinations, that tries to be deep and meaningful. With better writing this could have been good.
Horror movie with a "Scream Queen", count me in! Unfortunately, this movie was exceptionally slow and dull. It was interesting at parts, but certainly not for everyone.

Whew, was this boring AND extremely stressful with the constant baby crying (poor lil guy). Could not finish.
The only reason I clicked on this movie and watched it is because Emma Roberts was on the cover.
What a disappointment. This movie was NO horror movie at all. As one said the only terrifying was the baby crying instantly

The only horror in this movie, was that annoying kid crying all the time.
