This is an older cartoon and it's got a typical cute feel to it. Most all Looney Tunes/Merrie Melodies shorts made at this time or before this have very repetitive sequences that really aren't that interesting. Everything is drawn really curvy or rounded. This cartoon is just at the point where humor, gags (and more violence) started creeping into them.
