Both this film and it's follow up have some pacing issues but they both have a lot to say and some great humor and characterization.
This one tackles the ways plutocrats, and the police use fear to control the working class (yeah in a pre 9-11 kids movie there's even a scene of a policeman violently beating a revolting worker.
