Not a good B5 movie because it misses all the parts that made B5 a great show. And I'm not only talking cast. No, the ones who've been there did well with what little they had and you get two heavy weight guest starts in Ian McShane and Martin Sheen. Plus you get to see Tracy Scoggins in dessous.

But all this doesn't matter as the story is mediocre and drawn out. In a way it would have fit well as an episode of season five. In itself not awful (if reduced to 45 min) but without any connection to the main plot. And the whole part about the brothel and the slimy attourney was bad. Earliy 90s TV bad.

If you want to have seen all that was every produced from B5 then go for it and take it for what it is. Otherwise you might as well leave it be.
