Intelligent thriller about drug smugglers using an US military base as their operation base. Lots of unforeseeable plot twists and a fast pacing script make this a very entertaining and recommendable flick although I had a hard time following the story because of all the mentioned plot twists and different versions / possibilities of what happened.
Basic is as "basic" as they come. Pretty straight forward action thriller. If you have seen a lot of these it won't really surprise you, but there are a few twists that I actually didn't see coming a mile away the first time I watched it.
One of "those" movies I tend to pull out when I actually need something going in the background. Mostly because I know it by heart after repeated viewings.
@ alixaxel : Ok, I see what you did there, but basic doesn't quite cut it. One-liners aside, the ending is actually really awesome, go watch this shit!
