The best DC has to offer
After watching all the animated series I'm glad this movie is great too. A different Batman story and cool villain.
An excellent exercise in storytelling, pacing and character exposition accompanied by a consistently wonderful score. I honestly did not expect a 90s cartoon aimed for a (presumedly) younger audience to have such mature themes (death, love, duty, family), handled in such a mature way in not giving the audience any mental crutches. A 90s cartoon! On first watch, this holds up to par for me with any other great movies out there, including Nolan's Batman trilogy. There, I said it.
9/10, although I'm not quite sure what the missing 1 is for.
Now this was great. It has everything that makes a good movie. A story that keeps you connected to the characters. I like the animation, only thing I always wonder is the square chinned Batman. The voice acting is top notch. A phantastic score that would have been fitting for a live action version.
Altogether very entertaining.
I liked it. It could have been longer and would make for a nice live-action Batman movie.
This is one of the better batman films! It was very good and teased in Batman V Superman.
The one Batman animated movie that had a little bit of Joker's past. I don't get the ending though Andrea and Joker wise I'll just say.
For those too young to experience the fully fleshed mythology of Batman, this is a fine introduction. It is both viscerally and emotionally captivating, and covers a commendable amount of ground for its short runtime. For those who have already been engulfed into the Batman canon or are just unavoidably analytical like myself, however, you have to go scouting within the film for things to truly be engrossed in.

Amazing! Especially if you're a fan of the 90's Animated Series.
