Best of the Best Classic American War Movies, featuring actors who could actually act, mostly about World War II, and many excellent subtitled German, Russian, French and other non-English language war movies.

This list contains movies that are submarine centric or feature a submarine in a prominent way that I have seen over the years.

The list only includes films made after WWII. I also took the liberty of adding some addtional "deep water" films for good measure.
