The end credits is the best part
Interviews and bloopers were great. But that's it. Rest of the movie was too generic. I would prefer 10-15 episode of the web series instead.
Wow! I have no words. Literally, i got nothing! I think this is something i have no reviews for, i don't know if it's good or bad. Wasn't a total waste of time - ZACH was funny. Nice move, alright.
It was ok. The interviews are the best part but better yet was the bloopers reel during credits. Also I’ve been seeing bits and pieces of interviews on social media that was not in the movie.... particularly Keanu Reeves that was really funny. Should have been in the movie.
This isn't an entirely fair comment, but this movie was so boring that I couldn't go through more than 1/3 of it. Seemed like a poor attempt at mimicking The Office just with celebrities in the mix. A let down.
Scott Aukerman’s solo directorial film debut is a wickedly dark treat for anyone who’s embraced the absurdity of Zach Galifianakis‘ public access-style show in the last decade or enjoyed the Comedy Bang Bang cinematic universe.
Moves at a brisk pace and never overreaches it’s goal: find ways for Zach to say terribly mean things to some of the nicest people in Hollywood.
Loved it! Had a hard time not laughing out loud. It was late and the neighbors hear it but whatevs cuz this was a blast.
The bloopers were better at the end than the whole movie before.
OMG this is sooo BAD!!!
Watch the trailer - it's funny.
Skip the movie entirely - it sucks

The Between Two Ferns interviews have been great short format content. Extending it to a full length film? It...doesn't work quite as well. There are some moments of brilliant comedy in this film for sure (and the interview segments are top notch), but there are also parts that drag and the end of the film was probably the weakest secrion. Watch for the interview sections, skip the rest.
What an effin' cringefest... This has all been done before ... Chris Farley way back with the awkward celebrity interviews in SNL, the fly-on-the-wall docu style of the original The Office even most of the jokes are recycled like the payporn listed on the hotel receipt bit from I'm Alan Partridge. There were a few funny bits here and there - particular standout is the Peter Dinklage interview - but otherwise this is all just a remarkably bad rip-off of the originals which were all lightyears ahead in enjoyment
Four stars for the film and 1 bonus star for the outtakes in the credits.
I kept asking myself if this is supposed to be funny in any way, or if it's all scripted now...
Still watched to the end. I don't know if it was because I wanted to know who else was invited or what happened to the ferns, but it was worth it, because I think the outtakes were the funniest...
It's not too bad for what it is. The concept of between two ferns is already hard and niche enough, so a whole movie centered on it ? Some funny moments but a story without interests. The most original/interesting parts are the behind the scene view of the various celebrities interviews. The interviews themselves comes from regular episodes. I guess the funnier part are the outtakes at the end, which is a little sad (on the other end they are really good).
I haven't laughed so hard in such a long time! He stupid jokes had me laughing all the way to the even more hilarious outtakes.
This is a movie about a man (Zach Galifianakis) hosts a talk show on a public network with dreams of getting a bigger gig. Somehow he gets to interview big-time Hollywood stars and he spends the interview insulting them. The interviews are often hilarious. His situation changes and he has to take his show on the road and this is where the movie breaks down. It's like getting a giant steak but then having green beans as the only side. Sure, you'll eat them.... but lets get back to the steak. Unfortunately half of this meal was the beans.
Also, don't forget to watch the credits as that was probably the funnies part of the movie.

Between 0 and a 100 words, how many do you know? Perfect question for Keanu. I'll guess I counted 43 in John Wick 3 :-P

FERN: I loved the original Funny or Die webisodes, but never did I think they would spawn a movie. I'm glad that it happened though as this is often very funny. Let's just hope the show comes back, perhaps as a Netflix series - did you hear me Netflix??? FERN
