Amazing film. Surprised that it doesn't get the attention it deserves. Not enough people have seen it and that is a shame. Deserves to be talked about a lot more. Great performances by cruz and Depp. Highly recommended.
Superb movie, just goes to show that, often time, truth really is stranger than fiction. Based on a true story, this movie shows the rise and fall of one of the greatest cocaine traffickers in history. Johnny Depp was absolutely great, as was Penelope Cruz. (Kudos to Cruz for genuinely making you despise her character.) Although the movie is a bit dated, the story never will be, and truth be told, I absolutely loved seeing the old 60's and 70's clothes, cars, furnishings, etc. Can't say you'd ever want to watch this more than once but it's absolutely worth seeing at least once. Surprised to see that it didn't get really high marks...but not that surprised, since it exposed Hollywood as the drug-snorting above-the-law idiots they really are.
Great movie,touching with some really nice perfomances and nice storytelling..7.9/10!
Love it one of my favs
Johnny Depp delivers a stellar performance as Jung, bringing both charisma and depth to the character. The film is well-crafted, with great attention to detail in recreating the era, and the supporting cast, including Penelope Cruz and Ray Liotta, also give strong performances. The movie offers an insightful look into the world of drug trafficking and the consequences it has on those involved. Blow is a good watch for fans of biographical dramas and crime films, and Depp's performance makes it even better.

Now I am not saying this because Ray Liotta is in this, but it definitely had a Goodfellas vibe to it. Not as good as Goodfellas, but still an entertaining true story. Goes to show how fast things can change when you are a cocaine king, and Depp as a dealer is pretty awesome.
Based on a true story this movie this movie is awesome. Jung was a very smart businessman no matter that the business he was in was illegal.... he had balls! Great portrayal by Johnny Depp. Recommended.
