I have to say I enjoyed this more than I thought. Gwyneth Paltrow turns in a strong performance as Abby, a widow who has gone through one year of her life with a feeling of guilt about her husband and dreads that everyone walks on egg shells around her since she is "that widow". While her relationship is developing with Buddy(Affleck), she convincingly gets you to buy in to her internal struggle she feels that these two men somehow can't coexist in her thoughts/life. A strange concept. A lot of people hate Affleck but he does just fine with this heavy topic too. The movie might move a little slow for some and it does end up with a little too much romantic cheese with the repetition of some corny lines from earlier in the flick, but it's worth a watch.
