He'd rather have Kristin Stewart than Blake Lively? Give me a break!
The cinematography was beautiful but the story was a bit....bland, not bad, just a bit bland. The acting was good but I wasn't quite satisfied with the ending.

I find it a bit dull and boring, it wasn't so well paced and the ending was bad for me
Well I have mixed feelings, it's sweet lovely and dreamy but no sad or ironic ending?! Is Woody Allen okay?
Great cast, sets, design etc. It's just a pity they forgot to include a script which without makes this movie tragically bad. Also it was nice to see some good acting from Kristen Stewart not as stiff as usual.
Another enjoyable Woody Allen movie that I'll probably end up rewatching on a Sunday afternoon sometime in the future
Watched this on a sleepover with my friends cause it was the only movie none of us had watched. Saw it was directed by Woody Allen and i’m not gonna lie, I was against it from the get go. But still, it could have been a nice surprise still, instead it was the worst Woody Allen movie I’ve ever watched. God you couldn’t have picked two more nervous, awkward actors to play a couple. In a way they’re perfect for each other but they make for a very tiring, uncomfortable watching experience. My favourite characters in the movie were Bobby’s family, they were the only ones that had some colour in a movie which is, ironically, the most saturated vibrant coloured movie i’ve ever watched (or maybe my tv was on a saturated setting). Anyways, what a waste of my evening.
A very underrated entry in the catalog of Woody Allen films. I thought the story was excellent and the acting was on point. Stewart and Eisenberg shine.
watched for jesse, a bit of waste unforunatelly
Seems to lose its way in the second half with some meandering plot points, but otherwise this is a sweet, old fashioned comedy.
Great performances in a very beautifully made picture.
This movie was just a delight. A fun Woody Allen getaway to old school Hollywood and New York. And also...some of the most gorgeous cinematography I've seen. Every shot I'm like, daaaamn, I want that on my wall.
I have watched it not so long ago, but I couldn't tell you the story line even if I wanted to intentionally spoil it for you. But what I remember is the feeling that it's a classic Woody Allen, nice to watch, not pretentious, nor made with the desire to become something else beyond being an enjoyable entertainment where you'll find the characteristic Jewish - Allen humor. Not being a mess, puts this movie directly on the top percentile of commercial flicks released by Hollywood during 2016, and I mean movies for humans who still wear a head on top of their shoulders.
Jesse Eisenberg is such a good actor!!!
I love the entire cast. and I like the dupla between Kristen Stewart and Jesse Eisenberg.
why people still think Jesse or Kristen can act is beyond me.
gotta say amazing cast and performance by each one of them, enjoyed the movie so much!
How to make a shallow movie about the shallowness of Hollywood industry, the cast is amazing tho.
