Academy Award for Best International Feature Film (Winners & Nominees)
The winners for best picture category of the German national film award. In the years 1963 and 1970 the prize was shared between two winners, in 1987 and 1993 even between three.

The 53 Magyar Film is a list compiled in 2012 by Magyar Művészeti Akadémia (The Hungarian Academy of Arts) of feature length Hungarian narrative films.
The voting led by Sandor Sara yielded a list of 53 films between the years ranging from the first Hungarian film in 1931 up to 1994.

In an interview many years ago, Szabó explained these films are an unconscious trilogy about people who, due to politics and history, can't show their talent unless they accept some compromises.
How far does your soul allow you to go in accepting bad compromises? These films are about bad compromises, not good compromises.
