One meaningful hell of a word: Childhood

I remember watching this as a child, and now i'm re-watching it with my 2 younger sisters and they loved it as much as i did!

'Dinosaur' is pretty impressive in parts. I felt entertained watching it.

The animation, twenty years on, is still admirable. The environments remain beautiful, the living creatures may not look quite as superb but are still nice in my opinion. The voice cast are understated yet suitable, much like everything else from the music to the plot.

D. B. Sweeney plays the lead role, portraying a character called Aladar. His voice isn't as strong as I'd want but he does a good job nevertheless. Alfre Woodard stands out slightly as Plio, I recognised her voice instantly having seen her years back on TV's 'Desperate Housewives'.

Heftier voices and a more dramatic score would've taken this further in my estimations, though there's no doubting this is a film that has many elements to enjoy.

Just as good as I remember it :)

I was never a huge fan of this one growing up. Nowadays, the effects/animation are noticeably dated, but I appreciate the story more. I will not be rushing to watch this anytime soon, but I am glad to appreciate it more now!

A visually stunning remake of the Land Before Time pretty much. Where the dinosaur extinction is non existent to give a kid friendly Disney ending. Though the movie is still very good.

5

The only reason it even has a 5 is because the CGI is super impressive, for the time and still today. Without it, yeah it sucks

I vaguely remember watching this as a kid and sadly this does not hold up. It looks very dated and the story is pretty bland.

It looks quite dated, but the story is still pretty strong.
