Not a terrible movie, but it just didn't make much sense. I think I understand what it was trying to do, however it failed to connect all of the dots in a satisfying way. So, this is a sleazy, low-budget slasher movie. Loads of nudity, a very convincing sex scene, bad acting, horrible writing, awful music. Almost every part of this is wrong, but there's a story in there somewhere. I was actually invested in what was happening to Sara, our lead, although this didn't save the film. What is this about? Well, it's a dual story that follows a serial killer, and a girl whose life is spiraling out of control. More questions than answers for me, with this one. When the credits rolled, my only thought was "is that it?" Even mentioning the movie I think this was trying to emulate is in itself a spoiler, but the movie is too much of a mess to actually effect someone's viewing of this; this is very much a poor-man's High Tension (2003). If you like cheap splatter movies, check it out, but don't expect much.
