My father told me that he would never forgive me for making him watch this movie.
My mother laughed some of the hardest I've ever heard her laugh.
My sister refused to let me skip around because she was so invested.
My wife said "that was really bad."
1/10 would never laugh that hard at a terrible movie again. Incredible.
This applies to all of Neil Breen's movies: they are without a doubt the WORST movies ever created, ever, in the history of the universe. They have to be seen to be believed. They are all filmed earnestly, taking the subject matter seriously, which makes them all the more hilarious. I'm a huge fan of schlock movies and b-grade films, but Neil takes it to whole new level. It's actually impressive how the narrative makes literally no sense in any of his films.
Some of his recurring themes are : He's gifted with super powers that will save the world from evil..
He will inevitably take his clothes off and stand awkwardly in a shower/pool with a beautiful woman.
That beautiful woman is his love, who he just proposed to before she was shot, naked.
His dead love inexplicably comes back to life, or makes appearances through the rest of the film to illustrate his anguish.
Voiceover, voiceover, and more voiceover. Even with a constant narrative the story makes no sense at all.
Epic fight choreography special effects - John Woo could take a lesson from Neil.
Stolen stock footage as establishing shots.
His inner child made real to show us his lost innocence, or something, honestly I can't understand half of what's going on.
Do yourself a favour and watch his films.
This is the worst movie I've ever seen. Even for a cult movie it's honestly just not worth the watch. It bored me to death until after the end. Wish I could have those 90 minutes of my life back. God, how awful.
so bad it's hilarious
Best bad movie I've ever seen.
If you love really bad acting combined with a horrible plot then this is a movie for you. At first glance it feels like this movie is trying way to hard to be a cult film. The lack of detail in the story and dialog gives you a more home made low budget feel.

Dylan: "I can't believe you committed suicide. I cannot believe you committed suicide. How could you have done this? How could you have committed suicide?"
Yes, that's the dialogue in "Fateful Findings" and it truly is something special. Just like "The Room", this is one of those films you have to see to believe. It truly is the best mistake that has ever happened to cinema. But it would be so easy for me to say this movie is bad, but that would just be too boring and predicable. Yes, I know this movie is not good at all... it's freaking amazing. A masterpiece, is what I call it.
I only chuckled a few times while watching "The Room" and "Birdemic", but watching this almost had me in tears. I can't remember the last time I laughed this hard at a movie that's suppose to be taken seriously or I think it was. There was never a moment in this movie that I thought dragged. Every scene in this movie was like poetry, it rhymes. This was a magical experience that will never be topped by any movie.
The editing and the audio is what really makes this movie. Confusing cuts that jumps to the next scene unexpectedly and the awkward moments where you clearly see the actors silently waiting for someone to shout "cut", to end the scene. I mean, anyone can edit and improve the audio for this movie, but then again, it's what makes this movie a hidden charm.
Don't get me started on the acting in this movie, as it was truly Oscar worthy. This is the kind of acting you'll see on a porno but with more story and depth. Tommy Wiseau is like Brando compared to Neil Breen acting, but you see, that's the hidden genius of Neil Breen, as he's comedic timing was better than Wiseau and just the acting alone is so convincing. Watch this clip and tell you don't feel the pain in his eyes & voice.

Overall rating: "Fateful Findings" is a masterpiece. It's spiritual, engaging, emotional, and just a true poem of storytelling. If you haven't seen this yet, please do, you won't be disappointed.
