One of the worst Disney family films of the mid 70s...and that's saying something as Disney produced some pretty sugary stuff at that point. To be avoided.
Not a remotely original (or deep) plot, but I laughed so hard, so many times. So what if it was usually at the movie, rather than with it?
Overall kids will love it, and it isn't a bad Herbie movie – it's just not as good as the first couple. But really – you know what to expect and it delivers nothing more.

Lazy and utterly forgettable sequel to a classic. I did enjoy watching Stefanie Powers though.
