The only thing that made first movie watchable was Anniston the acting was horrible That little short kat just screams like a ho all movie. I’d be SHOCKED if the real cost of production was over 500,000. Credit regardless they made bank.
You can't deny how funny and well-written this is. It's one of the few good ones in recent years. I keep re-watching from time to time. And the cast? it is nailed 100%

Loved the cast in this movie, the plot was really funny and some of the scenes were priceless, worth the watch.

Loved this movie as I love Jason Bateman, Charlie Day and Jason Sudekis.... you cant go wrong! We all have had the fantasy of killing our boss but when they recruit MF Jones things get even funnier. So recommended!
It's worth watching, specially for Charlie Day/Jennifer Aniston storyline. I was not expecting this, but I laughed out loud during some scenes.

Too much infantile man child/locker room comedy. Very unmemorable concept that reads more like a watered down Office Space than anything original. Looks like every other mainstream comedy, i.e. shit. Sounds like a car commercial, way too much corporate funk rock. Every 'funny' part gets exaggerated, on the nose delivery by the actors so the normies know that what you're seeing is the most hysterical thing ever put to film. And yet, there's actually a great idea hidden in this piece of crap. I think that making Jennifer Aniston this very explicitly horny and sexually dominant character is a very subversive idea, she's going full Xenia Onatopp with the performance here. It's the type of 'breaking the norm' performance that could potentially pave the way for some new ground when done right. If only this wasn't written and directed by stupid people.

A typical comedy from the US, which is as usual not very funny. Very plain, simple, full of stereotypes. I thought it was better because of all the comments, now I realize these comedies don't work with me.

As I watch these movies on their 10th anniversaries I am starting to realize that Jason Sudeikis and Jason Bateman had a very busy year with their comedies. This movie is pretty funny and I feel like all of us can relate in a sense that we have all had at least one horrible boss in the past. Jennifer Aniston is pretty hilarious in this too.
Not nearly as funny as I would have hoped. Would have been a 5/10 had it not tied itself up at the end so well. After what Kevin Spacey has been found out to have done, it really makes his character so much more hateable, god what a punchable face.
When a perfect storm of professional hell simultaneously envelopes three close friends, a long night of drinking reveals their (somewhat suspicious) path to enlightenment: violently wipe their supervisors from the face of the planet and reap the rewards. Jason Bateman, Charlie Day and Jason Sudeikis may enjoy top billing as the straight men with devious motives, but the true heart and soul of this flick is in the hilariously exaggerated supporting roles of Kevin Spacey, Jennifer Anniston and Colin Farrell as the trio's vile, larger-than-life caricature bosses. Spacey is brilliant as the venomous, capitalistic middle manager, a role he's had decades to perfect. Anniston's sex-crazed, blackmailing dentist is equally tremendous, while Farrell is barely recognizable as a selfish, partied out, combover-laden incompetent. Though the plot stretches things a bit too thin at times, it's got punchlines in excess and a handful of rich, rewarding moments any nine-to-fiver will appreciate. Best served with a few beers and a roomful of loud friends.
It would have been a lot better if Jason Sudeikis wasn't in it, but whatever Charlie Day and Jason Bateman are great as always

I wonder if these actors lost a bet and had no other choice but to watch this movie .... when it was over, I just sat there thinking, REALLY? Most of these guys have done good work in the past - but THIS? This was a waste of time.
...and you can't blame EVERYTHING on the writers - I know these actors can read.
Awesome movie, definitely worth my time. The plot was maybe a little forced, but all in all i give it two thumbs up. Charlie Day was awesome, he played the exact same character (and i mean to the letter) as in It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. Kevin Spacy was the perfect psycho asshole boss. It certainly made me appreciate the fact that i am self-employed :P.

Very much a fan of Sudeikis and Bateman - together they are gold. I admit I wasn't expecting much from this film but was pleasantly surprised. Great for good laugh.
Surprisingly funny, I definitely recommend checking it out.
