I've watched many many movies and miniseries about gangsters, but this is the first to leave me cold. I didn't feel any urgency to his capture, nor did I cheer for him. I can't put my finger on why, but somehow I felt like I was just watching a superficial summary of his women and his 'businesses.' But there was no emotional attachment for audience to any of the characters. I DID like the characters' turning to the camera and picking up the narration.
