NEON is an independent film and television studio specializing in US film distribution. The company is one of the two top independent film distributors in the United States.

Although often overshadowed by Reefer Madness (1936), Jewel Robbery (1932) is one of the first films to depict cannabis use. And Murder at the Vanities (1934) features a number called “Sweet Marijuana.”
