Wasted my time, you shouldn’t.
Had already bad feelings after the opening scene. Cannot continue watching after 20 minutes- this movie is completely bullshit and even not worth one minute of watchtime.
So awful. Really, really bad. Also the plot is not explained. Worst spent minutes.
Can we start a gofundme page for Nicolas Cage so he never has to make another movie again? No disrespect to the man, but he's the king of these awful movies. Whenever I see him on the bill now, I just know the film is going to be hot garbage.

This has quickly hit top 5 of the worst movies I've ever seen. It's funny ,but not enough to be a good bad movie.
The obscenely long titles look more like a Kickstarter campaign teaser trailer.
Torture from the poorly mixed sound, making the repetitive toned music a tad too high, I haven't felt this claustrophobic since a bullying incident when I was about 9, the droney beats are crushing me.
It's stunt performers getting together to show off their skills , with a bad or forced to be director, slow motion on almost every hit. Action needs speed ,not slow motion,it ruins the hits showing how pulled they are.
One guy has some grey, painted plastic pipes to look like metal?

The hero may as well be an animated Gi Joe for all his expressions.

This is pure torture. One cheap movie, maybe shot by a mobile phone. Everything is so boring.
I couldn’t get into this one, and had to turn it off. I tried to like it but it’s honestly terrible from what I saw.
You can tell within the first 30 second how bad it will be with the CGI of the flying weapons
Watched this last night with my daughter. The fight choreography was actually really well done in some of the movie fights. The story was cheesy but it was what I actually wanted. Overall the movie feels like the first Mortal Kombat movie. It is completely cheesy but is a lot of fun to watch. Also seeing Nicolas Cage in a crazy guy role wielding a sword was pretty bad ass.

A very strange movie. Basically Predator vs Jiu Jitsu fighter!! An odd plot in how it weaves about with the beginning being pointless and Nic Cage being in an odd wise/crazy old warrior role but I have NO idea how they got him to do this. Expected better from Marie Avgeropoulos from her 100 acting and her character's wrap out was not at all satisfying.

Obviously the cast signed up for this as an all expenses paid holiday to Cyprus and not from reading the abysmal script. Not even Jaa and Cage can redeem this one.
These stuntmen really need to stop making movies of their own. It´s really not their specialty.
The greatest action film ever made! Words that will never be associated with this movie!!! Admittedly, some of the action is pretty good, but the film itself is strictly B level. Jaa and Cage are always good value, and the ‘spaceman’ has a nice design but a weak script undermines the positives.
The only reason I gave this 3/10 instead of 1/10 is because Nicolas Cage is in it.
An over the top Predator clone that won me over with a healthy dose of Tony Jaa kicking ass, just enough JuJu Chan to melt my heart & a dash of Cage to bring a smile to my face.
this movie makes bad low budget movies look fantastic. Felt like i was watching old 80s sci-fi movies. The CGI muzzle flash lmfao horrible. knock off Predator movie. Nick Cage has really hit rock bottom getting that pay check. Nick Cage even used a body double while he was walking. I could get through it in one sitting had to watch it 3 night in a row to finish it
Nicolas Cage meets the Predator, if you are a fan of Nic Cage movies I think you’ll like this. Don’t take it too seriously, this is out of the comic books and has some good fighting sequences. What did you expect?
How to waste the potential of Tony jaa. What a pity. Watched the complete movie but the story was utter crap and the action was weird.

Really bad... From the cartoon-looking blood to the almost non-existent plot. The fight scenes were the only decent thing about it but even that got old after awhile.

Take all the beauty of martial arts, mix in the original "predator", sprinkle Mortal Kombat and a dumpster fire Nick Cage, then direct all of the intelligence out of them. That would still be better than this shit gumbo.

I thought I was playing videogame on easy mode. This is a 60's movie with better cameras.

It wasn't horrible but it wasn't good either. It was part Mortal Kombat and part Predator. The few scenes that Cage was in were fun but the rest was kinda meh.

This movie is unbelievable.
They've got Frank Grillo who is solid action movie actor, Tony Jaa, one the most talented martial arts stars, Nick Cage who is, well, Nick Cage and a bunch of actors who you saw in some action movie but can't quite remember which and when.
And with this solid cast they made an absolutely, utmost terrible movie. The dialogue is forced, the acting is worse than dialogue, action scenes are a mess, camerawork is, well present, so is the sound. Cinematography, though, is absent. The low point came early during a drawn out and meaningless action scene which is filmed from Frank Grillo's character's point of view (think Doom movie only worse), and yet half of the time Frank is in the shot. I thought this was actually some predator-like sequence where an invisible thing watches the fight jumping in and out of the body, but apparently no.
CGI is obviously cheap, but that's not the worst part of the movie by far. One thing I can't blame is pacing. The movie follows a well-drawn narrative arcs where you have the idea what's coming next and the most of the scenes are mercifully short between the action. Too bad the action mostly sucks.
