I've enjoyed (6-7 stars) some Turkish police shows. I've given up on Turkish soapy dramas. But I am SO GLAD I gave this a try (the 93% rating was an encouragement, LOL). This was FABULOUS. Superb writing, excellent acting, and a fabulous story line. WATCH THIS.

[Netflix] Between Turkish soap opera-leaning drama and violent revenge film, it strikes a difficult balance that ends up making for an engaging story. The reflection on the fatalistic destiny that is almost inherited, builds complex characters who are finally unable to get out of the vicious circle of adversity, which also implies the need for sacrifice as the only form of redemption.
