Deliciously bawdy and packed to the brim with double entendres that aren't even trying to fly under the radar. The opening sequence featuring looped sound effects leading in to "Song of Paree" seems genius for its time, and the musical moments throughout tend to work pretty well. (Although "I'm An Apache" was particularly cringeworthy.) Myrna Loy continues to be my favorite film star of the era, and her maneating sexpot character here was fantastic every moment she was on screen.
