Probably never seen that many proposals, marriages and pregnancies in one film, but I loved it!
I hated the film. The story revolves around a friendship that doesn't even really exist; he's awful to her throughout the whole thing and they have 0 chemistry. The story's all over the place with the oldest most tired most recycled clichés very poorly stitched together... Idk it was just plain bad I don't recommend it. I also didn't like the film's message that men and women can't be friends (or occasional pen pals as seems to be the case) without an underlying romantic interest. I did like Lily Collins a lot, guess she did as well as she could with such a terrible script and male lead.
It's a fair movie. If you stop and think about many situations we face during life, you'll find one that matches with your own history.
He had loved her all along. He had loved her all his life, so I think that he may had have difficulty distinguishing loving her and being in love with her. Also not wanting to risk such a beautiful and lifelong friendship to be replaced with a awkward silence. He valued Rosie too much to risk something that he wasn't sure she had wanted.
i'm into chick flicks but here it just didn't do it for me. Boring with tired all are they together/are they not situations that did the movie no justice.
loved the movie, the relationship between alex and rosie is so complicated.
