The movie was ok, though I think most people are scared of Ai because of movies like this.
I would have liked to know why she went crazy. Instead of the first scene they should have shown what happened. Did the programmer code the house like this on purpose? Did guest treat it wrong and it decided to kill all humans that entered? I would have liked to know.
Lastly Hanna was smart enough to code the malware and to out smart the Ai but she brings a Bluetooth device in the car? Come on, worst ending they could have had. How about the Ai figures out how to make a construct that can leave the building and they go to the cops and the build is shut down but in part two the cops are on the trail of a serial killer but they don't know it's the Ai. The Ai doesn't kill Hanna because she respects her but maybe someone who got away told the cops that it was some weird shape shifter. They think it's an alien and Hanna hears about it on the news and goes to the cops or fbi and tells them what it is and helps bring it down for good.
That was entertaining with some interesting twists and turns. :thumbsup_tone1: The idea behind the movie was actually quite clever.
Considering the director is also responsible for some low grade Bruce Willis movies, this was actually pretty good. It went downhill in the final act but it was fun before then.
A fun campy cheesy evil smart house
horror sci-fi. The CGI was ok considering the budget they had. It takes a while to get started but we get lots of gore and some cool kills. It's nowhere near Tau's level but the AI was cool and intriguing. Characters were insufferable, acting was ok. The ending was ridiculous but then again you know what you're getting into with that much campyness.
Meh. Meh. Meh. Corny left a lot to be desired.
tbh though, this was a pretty dumb movie for a serial killer smart home smh
Started of well, with the first 3 deaths interesting and engaging, had really good potential. after that its a downspirall with no story, becomes awfull and nonsense. Director and writers should retire and live a happy life as farmers in the countryside
Sigh. I guess we're now in the "rogue AI" era? Well, hopefully that'll leave less room for zombie movies.
Not only is this a rogue AI, but it's somehow able to alter physical properties. Who would make a massage chair with the force to crush human bones??? Pool cleaners strong enough (and heavy enough) to drown people???
It actually was fun at first, but then it just becomes outrageously silly.

This was a fun, modern campy flick. It didn’t take itself too seriously, and had some really fun kills.
