My Young Auntie was one of my childhood favourites, even though my VHS was a copy of copy, and in Chinese with no subtitles. I guess the fight choreography was the thing that drew me to it. After a while I got a proper copy, and since I now understood the plot it made me even more fond of it.
My Young Auntie is still a favourite, and probably the one film that made me explore Lau Kar-leungs other work. The only gripe I have with it, is not giving Kara Hui the honour of fighting the showdown. That rubbed me the wrong way back then, and still does to a degree. Despite that, it's still very much worth a watch now and then. Fun and entertaining!!!

Run a little long without much action, once it gets rolling though it's a blast. Last half hour is pretty much nonstop action.
