Watched this right after finishing the Drum Kingdom arc in the anime. God this was a downgrade
The film looks weird, the changes to add in Robin, Franky, the Sunny and remove Vivi doesn't add anything and a lot of the humor is neutered. There's also a pacing issue where scenes either get rushed through or nothing scenes from the original arc get too much focus.
