I didn't really enjoy it. Operator 13 is a civil war drama about a Union spy working undercover but she begins to have feelings for a Confederate officer. The production set is good but the story is nothing special for its time and I don't like the ending. It's also problematic and offensive because Marion Davies doing blackface and using fake southern accent for half of the film.
