Couldn’t make it past 40 minutes. I kept waiting for some redeeming aspects to show up, but this film had none. Absolute garbage of a film.
Bloody, campy, surreal, weird and above all incoherent. A mix of Carrie, Hellbender and some Cronenberg mumbo jumbo. It's a shame because there's some great ideas sprinkled throughout but terrible execution at putting them together to make a coherent story. I don't know what movie Alicia Silverstone was in but I liked her vibe and character. I enjoyed the parts with the "perpetrator" the most and the body horror.

That's certainly was a wild ride! It's going to take a while to unpack, but I have to give this a high recommendation. At times it was pretty surreal, almost like a David Lynch movie. Beautifully filmed and the performances were excellent.
