I'm pretty sure this one didn't start out as a Ring of Fire sequel. I knew this as only Lion Strike way back when, besides... There's no ring of anything here, and almost none of the characters from the first two Ring of Fire films.. ;)
Anyway... Lion Strike is a pretty general mid-nineties action affair, having little of the charm of the two movies it's supposed to be a sequel to. However, the action is a bit more "polished" and it keeps a steady phase, with decent enough acting. If you like Wilsons brand of action, this might be an OK watch. It is for me...
