Robin Redbreast 1970

Starting my Easter horror binge with this film and I'd say that this is the one I will definitely be rewatching annually for easter. It is a brilliantly simple and effective British folk horror with chilling horror elements and mystery creeping in around the corner. It embraces a slow, creeping suspense that is so subtle yet dreadful, the solid performances amp up the creep factor, and the setting and the atmosphere of it all give me chills. Also, bonus points for the brisk 79-minute runtime.
