Scare Campaign 2016

A lot better than expected. This Australian slasher is brisk, enjoyable and suspenseful with entertaining kills and a couple of nice twists. Some of them are predictable, especially the ending, but they mostly hit their mark and should entertain most right to the end. It hits the sweet spot of rightly being under 80 minutes. It just moves and gets you in and out in under 80 minutes. More films should do that.

This is Grave Encounters gone "it's just a prank bro" turned snuff.
It's a pitty that almost all of the movie's twists are predictable simply because there isn't much going on beside the setup. This goes the point where I would love to have smacked the heroine for being this dumbfolded. Some "social commentary" is also noded at but without any effort and one of the groups being represented in such a cringy maner that it takes away from them.
It's not a terrible movie with even decent amounts of kills and gore but they pile up enough annoyances by the ending that it certainly takes away from the fun (for me).
